## Biography

Smokestack Charlie plays classic, raw and dirty Chicago blues. Drawing inspiration from legends such as Howlin’ Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson II and John Lee Hooker, the band delivers a powerful blend of warm grooves, gritty riffs and irresistible dancing rhythms. With their authentic sound and high-energy performances, Smokestack Charlie brings the spirit of the smoky Chicago clubs straight to the stage.

The evening will be opened by the **BRBC house band Midnight Mary**, setting the tone with their own dose of blues before the main act takes over.
