## Biography

As part of his carte blanche, which has already given us several fine moments this year, **Robert Jukic** now brings together two leading Austrian percussionists: drummer **Wolfi Rainer** and, above all, the remarkable vibraphonist **Flip Philipp**.

Equally at home in classical music and jazz, and a long-standing member of the prestigious **Vienna Symphonic Orchestra**, Flip Philipp has built an impressive career, collaborating with names as varied as **Joe Zawinul, Diana Ross, Idris Muhammad, Charles Aznavour, Jure Pukl** and **Lalo Schifrin**.

Completing the quartet is a familiar figure on the Brussels scene: saxophonist **Toine Thys**, whose musical voice is instantly recognisable.

With a line-up like this, expect music that is **alive, dynamic and constantly shifting**, where the groove settles in and the interaction does the rest.
