## Biography

Having been based in Brussels for several years now, the alto saxophonist Federico Milone has been racking up awards, both for his performances and his recordings, a testament to his undeniable talent. A true heir to the purest tradition of his instrument – eloquent and virtuosic – he has developed a modern jazz style rooted in a crystal-clear and exhilarating post-bop sound.

With just a few months to go before the release of his fifth album as bandleader, due out next year, he is performing tonight with his regular quartet, accompanied by musicians well versed in the high-flying artistry of his playing. An evening full of energy, just the way we like it.
