## Biography

Pianist Horace Silver is credited with inventing Soul Jazz and was a key figure in the Hard-Bop movement, alongside Art Blakey, with joyful jazz infused with Latin, Caribbean, gospel, and blues influences.  
Spanish saxophonist Furmi Gomez will perform this legendary repertoire in a quartet setting.
